"It's loud almost every night. It's 3:45am at the time of this post. I'm awake because of the noise.The concierge refuse to do anything about it. There's no a/c, so you really have no choice but to sleep with the window open. It's horrible to the point of being traumatic. I suggest finding a better place. I am leaving by the end of the month myself. What a terrible, terrifying dump."

"Beautiful hotel but the morning staff are very rude and extremely unprofessional. I stay there now and I'm so unhappy. They treat people differently based on your income status. If your past includes homelessness then expect to be treated like"Trash". Someone needs to step up and be brave like me and report them. I can't wait to leave there."

"I've lived here for 23 years. Its alright. Neighbors are loud sometimes. Police and ambulance show up alot. Neighborhood is becoming gentrified and expensive, but at the same time there's a homeless and crime problem. Relatively safe though. Staff are friendly and professional and do a good job keeping the building secured. No parking. Nice downtown location near the Space Needle. Walking distance from movie theaters, bars and shopping."

"I just moved in a couple weeks ago but let me tell you.. they held my apartment at the special rated price for 3 weeks while my truck broke down in the desert. (I had prepaid rent and they didn’t start it till I got here) the staff has been more than accommodating, they make sure to keep this place clean and secure. I just really can’t say good enough things. For $1500 a month everything included, the view, location and hospitality? Amazing. I’ve been living in month to months for years and I’m glad I found this place. Also, Susan, Jonathon, Sam and Kendra (and the manager i can’t remember her name I feel awful) all great people. Love them"

"I reviewed before, but have been here a couple of months now so I thought I'd post an update. This is a fantastic place to stay! Especially for the price. The team that works here is awesome. They don't mess around and they take care of business. Anything that needed to be fixed since I've been here is fixed almost instantly. And they don't let people cause a huge Ruckus! And that's a big deal There are a lot of rooms here, but I encourage you to try to get one on the top floor that faces the Space Needle. It's absolutely beautiful."
