"It’s small and on a busy street - but great stop to empty the RV on our way home on 20. They ask for donations to maintain the station, be sure and drop a couple bucks in the iron man. Way better than going to the homeless camp rest stop in Smokey Point."

"I live this park. It's kept very clean and has public restrooms as well. Lots of old guys frequent the parking lot... Not sure why it's mostly older gentleman who seem to hang out here. Either way it seems like a Mount Vernon gem."

"I used their dump station. It was clean and functional and a Lion happened by to make sure it was working. Nice, flat station. Good flow on the non-potable water for clean-up. They ask for a donation - Lion's Club does good work so there is a feel good component too."
