"Very easy and quick check in process. Johnie was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Pets are very welcome and I had no problems there and the room was perfect for a very last min check in. 10/10 experience."
"Trash hotel!! When I checked I was given nothing but a card with 2 keys and ZERO paper work and no instructions about the property. I was told it was a livable room like an apartment and check out was. NO.. There was a few towels, 1 bar of soap, and 1 tiny shampoo. That’s it... TV is ancient, good luck using it. Carpet was so dirt my socks turned a dark brown slimy color after just unpacking, disgusting. Shower was full of someone else’s hair all over walls and tub. On check out morning, I had a maid try and open my door at 9am and again at 10am, and again at 11 by the manager. They all unlocked my door and I had to jump out of bed naked yelling to not enter. Imagine being naked holding a door handle shut while someone is trying to get enter your room... And no there was no “do not disturb” door marker available either. After being harassed all morning I went to front desk and confronted the manager for being barged in on 3 TIMES!! We immediately got in a verbal argument at the desk which turned very hostile and vulgar. As I left he chased me into the parking lot to my car screaming F YOU, F YOU!! Unbelievable.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
"This review is for the booking department ONLY. I did not stay overnight at this hotel and cannot review the rooms or the local staff service. During the winter storm in 2024 and subsequent power outage at my house, I needed to take my family somewhere warm with electricity. My daughter was 7 weeks old and we could no longer handle the near-freezing temperatures inside our house. So I reserved two rooms at Extended Stay with the telephone booking service. I even called the front desk of the hotel (or what I thought it was) to ask if we could early check-in. We were told that two rooms were available and ready whenever we were. But when we arrived to the hotel, the actual front desk said that they were fully booked. They did not have rooms. I was devastated. I explained that I had called the front desk but they said that that was re-directed to a call center. I understand that it was an extraordinary situation and mistakes happen. But it seems that their systems are not robust enough to ensure that a reservation is able to be met when demand is high."
"Reasonably priced rooms. Great location, close to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean for the most part. Their was a big patch of molding & rotting ceiling above the shower and the shower curtain did not cover the shower all the way so the bathroom floor was soaked in an inch of standing water, that was quite frustrating. I would book a room there again overall for the price it was a good deal"
"Filthy. Had to go out and buy cleaner and clean it myself. Literally. They don't even change the bags/liners in the trash cans! One had what looked like chewing tobacco splattered in it, one had chewed gum in it. The bathtub had not been cleaned (no part of it)-- seriously! The inside and outside of the cupboards also were dirty with obvious dirt on them. The burners were dirty and likely would have smoked up the place if I had turned them on. The sheets seemed clean at least. I wish I would have noticed and taken pictures when I arrived (it was very late). Ended up staying most of the time at my cousin's house. The breakfast is sad, but it's fine, also it's only available for a brief time. If you have to stay here for some terrible reason, just bring your own cleaning supplies, and probably sheets/comforters. And flip flops cause the floor is nasty too. Stayed in cabins with less dirt. Also it's clientele is not very 'upscale.' Which is fine with me, but I did witness a few screaming matches in my brief time there."
