"They did a wonderful job at a price cheaper than some others. I paid a little extra to have them dig to reach the lids. For all the times I have had my septic tank emptied by others over 30+ years, they never emptied the second tank. But Val Tec did. It took them hours to dig down 4 ft to reach the two lids at an affordable cost. They also installed risers to make future access easier. "If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Paycen, Brandon, and Glen, were absolutely the best crew I could have asked for. They were on time, professional, respectful and kept me in the loop as they worked to rehabilitate my drain field. Additionally, my rose garden and flagstone pathway were restored to exactly as they were before the digging and repair work. I integrated the new, small riser, into a pathway I have added (see before and after pictures). Of all the work and services I have had on my home of 23 years, I’ve never dealt with such an outstanding crew as these Vac Tec employees. "After several calls trying to get service for my septic alarm, I found Kristy at Vac-Tec very informative and helpful. She was able to schedule a visit quickly, while others took longer. She also answered all of my questions and pointed me to resources I didn't know existed to get more details about my septic system. I was able to get a quote up front to know what I might be looking at. Chuck (and their coworker) arrived early and did phenomenal work! They were nice, very friendly, and had no problem with me asking questions about what was going on so I could better service my tank in the future. They were able to fix my problem (a clogged septic pump), properly calibrate my floats, and pump things out. After completion Chuck showed me where one of the filter screws that were installed was not stainless and how I can fix it quickly. I'll be doing so this weekend. All of this was done at a very reasonable price (half the price of a couple of other quotes I received) and I didn't have to deal with a tech visit followed by a pumping visit, which would have cost even more. I cannot recommend Vac-Tec enough! Thank you so much for your service and care!"
