"This is a case of super nice technicians, but a not so nice secretary/receptionist. We had AAA out for our Clark county annual inspection, they worked quick, identified a simple issue, gave a me a verbal estimate on the spot and made the quick repair…..which should be a great experience…..however the secretary ruins the day for this otherwise decent company. In conversing with the secretary we found her rude, condescending, unorganized, and unable to send simple email invoices, give accurate billing info over the phone, unable to send paper invoices, charged for a bill %20 higher than quoted by the techs and herself, and is apparently unable to send in the required report needed by Clark county which causes threatening letters via Clark county. Ma’am…..if you can’t figure out how to submit invoices, it’s sorta hard to pay you… I hate giving such a poor review but this employee in question needs some updates on customer service and is a poor frontline employee for an otherwise decent company. A little remedial training is advised."

While on site their team also walked me through the design of my septic system and gave me recommendation's on things that I could do as a home owner to prevent future issues.
