"Tristan, Kyle, Derek, McKinley, Melissa, and the rest of the crew at Denali are top notch. We had an estimate within a day of our request, and Tristan explained everything and answered all of my questions (I had a lot...bless his heart) in detail and with great patience. Never once did I feel pressured to make a quick decision, which is more than I can say for some of the other estimates I got from different companies. Without pressuring, Tristan went the extra mile to make this work for us and I am incredibly grateful. Kyle and McKinley led the install of a ducted Mitsubishi system in our home, including all new duct work. They were a joy to be around, did impeccable work, and left the place spotless. Melissa in the office was incredibly kind, communicative, and responsive whether over email or phone, which was the icing on the cake of an all-around wonderful experience. I went with Denali because I felt completely confident in the quality of their work. They also provided a labor warranty 5x longer than their competitors, which says a lot. If you do even a little reading on the internet, you'll quickly realize that the lifespan of your heat pump has a lot to do with the quality of installation, so choose wisely."
"Our heater was dying... Denali had a good price and helped us with any rebates. Communication was good and they got the install rolling in a timely manner. An installer came over, Ryan, he measured and made some discovery of the poor old system in our basement. He gave me a heads up on some potential issues. Nice guy. People at the office communicated well and made this install happen quickly. On install day Ryan and Mack showed up on time. They got to work. Old system was out quickly. I'm always curious and came down and watched periodically. They were pleasant with my questions. A funny thing. The banging of tin started as they updated the ductwork connections. I can hear Ryan singing to the music on his headset through the ductwork... then he stops and talks his way through what he was installing... his singing was a little flat which made it all hilarious. All workers on this project were friendly and personable. The finished product was top notch and looked 100% better than the old system. Product installed is good quality. I was shown how the system worked. I'm very pleased with the install. They are worthy of a look to help you with your heating needs"
"We were shopping around to find a company to install a heat pump in our house. Denali was the first company to send someone out to talk with us face to face, and to inspect our house to see what type of installation would best meet our needs. They gave us multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. After deciding on a multi zone ductless system we scheduled the install. The install team was punctual, professional, and friendly. The installation looks good and works even better. They cleaned the job site before they left, and took time to explain how everything works and answer our questions. Will absolutely use Denali again in the future. Highly recommend!"
"This review is about an amazing young man who led the installation for our new three zone mini-split Mitsubishi with one outdoor condensing unit connecting all three-zone indoor units. Ryan is that amazing young man and the story starts with him working with us on how to design and position the equipment. He listened to our input and collaborated with us on the installation design. Ryan also set our expectations. Managing expectations is a key skill that goes across many professions and he did this very well. Ryan also communicated with us in an excellent way. He even drew sketches to make sure we understood where the units would be and how all the piping and lines would end up. On installation day, Ryan showed up on time and was energetically ready to install our new equipment. He communicated with us throughout the day and he led the electrician work that was required to set up the units. Ryan is clearly a great leader. Ryan carries a broom duster with him and he sweeps up anything he drops while he's working and leaves our house exactly as he found it because he cares. When the installation was complete we were very very happy with the results and it was better than the expectations Ryan had said. As you can see from the photo, there is only one line-hide. We thought there might be up to three line hides but he knew it was important to us to look clean and he made sure to use only one if he could and he did. Ryan gave us a very thorough tutorial on how to use the systems. Again, Ryan is a very good communicator. We purchased the Kumo cloud wireless system so that we could manage the settings from our phones. There was a glitch in the original setup that was not fixable. Ryan tried to fix it for over an hour after a very long day of hard work. He finally gave up and said he would be back the next business day (he didn't want to give up). He did come back the next business day and he had already solved the problem because he did the research with Mitsubishi on their bug. And yes, it was a Mitsubishi bug on the original setup. Ryan had a workaround and had us up and running in no time. Ryan does what he says he is going to do and nowadays that is rare. It has been so long since my husband and I have worked with such an amazing professional that I just had to write this very long review because it meant so much to us. A big shout-out to Melissa too, who is a fabulous coordinator and communicator in the office."
