"My friend just returned from selling a 1 4k rose gold ring to another shop. Based on my recommendation she stopped by odyssey first. She described her experience there as way less than favorable beginning with staff arguing over who had to serve her when she walked in then offering her less than half the value of the current melt value We did the research in advance. She texted me while there saying that you somewhat condescending and were not willing to negotiate. She ended up getting more than double your offer at another shop. She encouraged me to write this review but prefers to remain anonymous."

"Everyone here is really nice, patient, and informative. They give a feeling like you're just two people sharing common interests and committing a fair trade... except for Scott. Scott must have come from Pawn Stars. Scott has you leave with a feeling like you were just bent over without any care for your comfort or feelings. "Take it or leave it!" Maybe just go on Wednesdays. I hear that's his day off."
