I have been a customer to this location for over 6 years always been nice and friendly but since this new copy version of Oompa Loompa Asian manager had come this store no longer would be my fav store. Not only mine I believe for a lot more customers. I feel bad for the employees which they had pretty solid relationships with their customers. He’s absolutely unprofessional from his dress code to his interaction to customers. Very very disrespectful zero% customer service. #needtobefired. Business like this only stand on customers and it’s absolutely fine for a business to lose unprofessional individual in order to keep 100s of customers."

"I went in today looking to buy an Xbox and some games but was just ignored. They just kept helping people that would walk in trying to get a loan. I'll take my business to Elite Pawn where even if they are busy they will acknowledge you."

"Dont come here if ur of color and want to get treated fairly, short old lady with glasses refusesd to even check my saw properly and told me it was broken, then asked if i had jewlry for sale thou i brought tools other younger emplyee knew she was wrong but didnt speak up..so unfortunate for her,, all there reviews speak for themself dont come unless u want price guaging and or refusal of ur murchandise probably might help the person more sutable to there likeing but Poc should avoid at all cost I know its a bad neighborhood but dont mean every person selling stolen goods . "I went to this location to do a loan . They closing the store earlier before 6pm . I called the store and the associate answered and I asked why you close the door early? He then said that the manager told him then I asked to speak with the manager the manager at this location is new and has no customer service or he runs his own show . He said to be that he don’t care that He doesn’t give a ..... I’m a bit surprised how he communicated with a customer that give him a check . If is not for me or others he will not have a job. I will reach out to the corporate office on Monday and file a complaint with this store the management need retraining or need a new manager . I have dealt with him before we’re he is rude and unprofessional doesn’t listen to concerns from the customers . Contact regional office and file a complaint regarding the way they conduct business at this location. Fix your management if you want people to shop here do loans here . I also noticed that I’m not the only one complaining about the management. They don’t deserve any stars especially you manager ( Latin/Spanish)"

I was selling my ring back and ONLY because of Michael, I left with more than I thought I would. His attention to detail and willingness to help was absolutely more than I could have expected. If there’s a standard at Cash America for customer service, Michael is definitely it. He’s very professional yet at the same time very down to earth and has a warming personality.
