"Great experience shopping at both locations! I told my 16 year old son I would meet him at the Alberta location to look at bass guitars as he was interested in learning. When I arrived he was trying out a guitar that Andrew had recommended based on his interest in playing and music he likes. We got a great deal on a bass and were given attentive and enthusiastic service by Andrew and the other employees. This was my 3rd visit to a Trade Up and every time I have felt very comfortable and not like I'm an old mom who knows nothing about music (which I am). Love to see them supporting young wanna be musicians and their families. Can't wait to ship here again!"
"Lots of great new and used music instruments, picks, strings, and all accessories. Repair available. Lots of guitars, new and used. Refurbished amps, accordions, mics, cords, pics, stands, lots of drums, 2 stories of goods to pick through. Play and instrument to see how it feels. Same employees for a while, so you can always recognize a familiar face. Great place to pick up something for the budding musician or that veteran guitar player who needs their next foot pedal"
"This place is pretty cool. I've passed by a few times on Alberta and stopped inside to check it out. Since I'm not currently practicing any instruments, I didn't have any need to buy anything, but if I ever pick back up on music study, either for theory or actually playing, I know this would be a good place to visit. Service is nice and they have a lot to offer."
"Good store! It was in it that I bought my son his first guitar in life! He will remember this forever."
