"Over sold inventory in fall, and before shipping gave me this sad story about having a bad crop due to weather. I ended up choosing other bulbs as substitutes but when I got them they were very small. Their site promises large bulbs. When I called to ask about the free bulb promised for every 50 dollars they said they decided not to do them since the crop was so bad despite promising them when I made my purchase. They didn't even say anything about not doing free bulb until after I inquired. They took forever to respond and then the lady was super rude and again kept giving excuses. If I paid for something and something was promised I expect it. They could have at least admitted it when they shipped the bulbs instead of just hoping someone would forget. They promised to send me free bulb but it's been a few weeks now and I don't think I'll ever see it. Beware of this seller, get from another nursery."

"We created a new lily garden last year and decided to give a local grower a try. We ordered a few bulbs in 2020 and many more in 2021. They were shipped at the perfect time to plant and in great shape. All of them came up except for a few our dog kept digging up. We are amazed at how prolific these new bulbs are. It is the middle of July and a number of bulbs are 7-8 feet tall with massive bulb clusters. We are overjoyed with our purchase and will only be buying from the Lily Pad going forward. Thank you!"

"I made the mistake of trying to plant my tree peony in June, instead of earlier in the spring as stated on the instructions (which I misread). I called and told The Lily Pad what happened, and they immediately sent me a refund for the full amount. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and I wanted everyone to know about it. I definitely will be purchasing from them in the future."
