"What started as a disappointment ended with incredible and sincere customer service. My out-of-state friend ordered a lovely fall floral arrangement for my November birthday. When I sent her a picture of the arrangement with my "thank you" text, she was surprised and upset as it appeared much smaller and less attractive for the $80 arrangement she purchased. She showed me a screenshot of her purchase and I had to agree. It looked more like a $35 or $40 item. Nothing that should cost that much. I called to complain as my friend does not speak English very well. Melis took the call and remained professional and calm and appropriate with me. Never making me "wrong". One of her comments was "this is the call we never want to receive". A couple of hours later, Melis and the owner delivered a gorgeous, full, beautiful new arrangement that was completely in line with the one ordered (actually a little more full and lovely). They were very gracious and apologized for the arrangement that I had gotten in error. Melis had seen the arrangement before it went out but did not see the paperwork for the order so did not know how "off" it was. These two women were lovely and kind and gracious and went a step or two beyond to make it right. Thank you for a lovely birthday arrangement. 5 Stars !!!! Well deserved !!!"

"Cindy made three beautiful bouquets for my December wedding! She was very communicative, quick to respond, and friendly and professional to talk to on the phone as we made our plans. She went above and beyond, delivering the flowers to my venue and was a delight to work with. She also provided loose greenery for my table decorations at a reasonable cost, which we then arranged. "We got married on November 9th 2019 and Buer’s came recommended from our venue and they did not disappoint! Cindy and M’lis were delightful to work with! The bouquets, bouts and table runners ordered looked PHENOMENAL! I was invited to come check out the designs a day before the wedding and was truly relieved when I saw how GORGEOUS the arrangements came out. Truly brought our day all together! Only hiccup was that instead of two extra bouts ordered within the last three weeks before the wedding we received two extra jr brides maid bouquets. Thankfully M’lis delivered the two bouts within 25 min!! Thank you so much for making our day so special!"
