She took the time to listen to what we wanted and didn't push us into buying out of our price range! Everything about this experience was fast and efficient! We got the hot tub delivered the very next day! The delivery team was in and out within about 30-45min, full set up of all the equipment and accessories! The electrician is in house, Josh is who came out for us the day after delivery and made sure we had the set up we needed. Installation of a new 50amp outlet we were set! Even when there was an issue with our well water pumping in sediment and dirt into the new tub, Tiah came out with a pump and helped is drain the tub, clean it out, and refill it. Tiah's dedication to customer service really shines through and goes beyond a sale. She truly cares about the happiness and satisfaction of the people she works with! I would recommend Aqua Quip and their amazing team to anyone that is interested in upgrading their outdoor experience!"
