"The worst experience ever. They routinely cancel classes and let you know the same day. Scheduling a makeup is a mess and frustration. No way to track the kid’s progress or have consistent lessons. Don’t waste your time and money."

"They share LA Fitness facility. The area is very small and congested and the pool is cold for young tots. My kid goes in for 10 mins and then wants to come out. Not worth it. Their make up tokens are a big scam as well. They issue these tokens due to issues with their facility and if you cannot find a within their time frame you don’t get your money back. Save your money and avoid safe splash."

"I would not recommend enrolling your child in this school if you are looking for regular classes and a stress-free experience. I have two kids enrolled in this school with two different trainers, and each time there is a cancellation, I receive a text message stating that my child's class has been canceled without any information on whose class has been canceled. I have to call the school to get information on which classes are canceled and which ones are still on. For canceled classes, they offer makeup tokens that can be used to schedule makeup classes through their website. However, when I log in, there are no makeup classes available for the next two weeks. Since January, we have had about 10 cancellations, and there is no refund for the canceled classes - only makeup tokens. I had to individually ask them to refund me for classes that could not be made up due to the unavailability of slots. Overall, the cost is expensive, and the experience is stressful, making it not worthwhile. We are only still enrolled because there are no other options, and the school year is almost over. However, we will not be returning in the future."

"Terrible location for swim lessons. They routinely cancel classes and issue make up tokens. There are never any available classes to use the make up tokens. Their phone representatives struggle as well and have never been able to help. I have lost about 5 tokens in the last 3 months failing to find any available classes which is quite a bit of money. I am sure they don't pay their teachers if they can't make it for the lesson and I don't see a reason to charge families for classes that never happen. They don't honor requests to add credits for the cancelled classes and adjust in the monthly fee. This make-up token without scheduling make up classes is a big SCAM they are running to earn free money. They should share information on the total tokens they issued and the number of tokens that families were able to utilize. Additionally, their teachers keep changing and this reflects in the progress of the kids."

"My experience with SafeSplash at Mill Creek has been quite positive (honestly, to my surprise, considering all the low-star reviews). After years of pandemic paranoia, we had attempted to register our son in swimming lessons again at our local Rec & Parks pool. However, those programs have been consistently full, so we needed another option. Mill Creek is a bit of a drive, but it has been worth it because our kiddo has made progress quickly. His instructor (Timothy) is great, and works well with the kids; the class is small and grouped by age as well as skill level; and SafeSplash customer service has always been helpful. Although I was doubtful at first due to the negative reviews, I'm thankful it has worked out."
