"There was a recall part on our fireplace. In Feb. 2023 someone was sent who started getting angry and started to yang and pull and hit with a hammer on the parts inside. He then left, saying he couldn’t do it. They then sent another tech who said the metal gas line part inside was cracked. Said they’d order the part and come back to fix it. It got warm, so we just forgot about it until it got cold in October. Called and they said they needed to order the part. It took over a month for the part to come in and scheduled a time to fix it when I was out of town. I called to reschedule and they then made an appointment for January 5, 2024. Totally frustrating that they come in and break your furnace and then leave you in the cold! Watch out for their after service!"
