"I'm a little biased because one of my friends is a manager there. However, I'm basing this review on the place itself. We went there for a Paint 'n Sip class. The room we were in was spacious and relatively new. It's a nice building right behind a park that I've been to several times and pretty close to the Kingston waterfront. The library looked extensive (it was after normal business hours, so I couldn't explore). As far as a community center goes, this is a nice one."
