"I just lost my Lucy on Aug 24th, my vet sent her to here even though I didn't speak to anyone at this facility (it was all through the vets office) I could tell they do care, not only did they put her in a beautiful urn with a plaque in her honor but they were kind enough to give me her a tuft of her fur, paw print on the the lovely letter, a certification, a paw imprint (which was another option I had asked for) beautiful poems as well. Thank you peaceful paws for caring"
"Peaceful paws went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't have to wait for their arrival once my girl passed. They had perfect timing. They were professional and thoughtful. They brought a small, humble basket and allowed me to set Cocoa Jojo in carefully. Wrapping her with a blanket. They were brief but thorough. I received her remains not long after. I have only been able to pull one thing out per day or so. They included a paw print on paper. Some very kind, official papers. They provided me with a small shaving of her beautiful fur, uniquely marked. Her clay paw print was perfect. I haven't yet been able to pull out her urn and ashes but I'm sure it's just as well done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. These folks truly care. They are a special kind of people and I'm so glad I chose them to take care of my Cocoa Jojo. Thank you Peaceful Paws. PS I'm not a huge bracelet fan. But they provided me with a simply Rainbow Bridge bracelet. And I haven't taken it off since. Its provided a comfort I didn't realize I needed."
"They were so quick to pick him up, me being so close to their building probably helped. The staff was quick to respond, very kind and friendly. When picking him up they showed up with a beautiful basket and treated my bearded dragon with such care. I received a certificate, some poems, his inked claw print, and a bracelet. A very reasonable price as well for the package."
