"Please be extremely cautious going up Eagle Creek trail in the winter. Microspikes are 100% required. As you can see from some of the photos, the cable lines used for handholds get buried in the snow and cannot be used. The snow also pushes hikers toward the cliff edge, which can be 100 feet and is extremely steep. As a search and rescue member, I urge people be extremely well-prepared and to think twice about going up this trail in the winter."
"As good as you’ve probably heard. Such an amazing carved out trail that kinda follows through a valley area. I think there are like 10-11 waterfalls if you go to 7mile fall, right after tunnel falls and twister falls. Which will be 7 miles there and 7 back. Hike is mostly pretty easy but maybe moderate cause of the milage. Took me and a friend at 5 hours there and back but estimated online it’s usually about 7. So many amazing waterfalls and sights though. Just amazing! This was my second time going!"
"Such a beautiful hike! Went on a Wednesday at 11am and there was plenty of parking. $5 fee to park or get a Northwest Forest Pass. Pretty easy hike to Punchbowl Falls. The sound of the creek through the whole hike was so relaxing. I'm afraid of heights but I wasn't really bothered by the steep drop off. Can't wait to do this again!"
"A very beautiful hike, full of scenic view. It’s not too exhausting or tough but definitely give goose bumps when you walk in a very narrow pavement. I will suggest you to go to lower fall but make sure you are careful enough to climb logs and rocks. Take your swim suit to get into water, carry water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. Plenty of parking available but can be busy during weekend. Parking is $5 which you need to deposit in envelop provided by them. Carry cash!"
"6 mile lightly steep hike to the waterfall you can walk under. Beautiful hike, tons of water falls, the creek, pools of water. Great for all, also great for backpacking. Tons of places to swim and cool off. Dogs must have a leash, bring your own doggy bags, some narrow parts but chain link."
