"I hate the VA. Worst care ever! Community Care is a joke. Vaccines are impossible. Getting my DME is impossible. Supposed to get it 4 times a year and it takes them all year to fill it once. Each referral takes me over 60+ days to see any action. I have spent thousands out of my pocket to get the care I need. Care that is supposed to be 100% covered by the VA. They lose referrals and prescription requests over and over. I have to have almost everything resubmitted at least twice to get the ball rolling. Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am 100% service-connected and you just don't want to fulfill your promise? Seriously - DO A BETTER JOB!"

"I have been here several dozen times for several different reasons over a decade and a half. I am a veteran, but I've also been here on business many times. In both capacities, I always had good experiences. I've seen others have bad experiences though. Although, so of those bad experiences may have been self generated in my opinion. However, even in those bad situations, the staff here have been overwhelming nice. I mean, the staff here put up with some stuff and still have a smile on their faces. Personally, I dont go from 0 to 100 anger wise, I'm always at 100 anger and the staff still act professionally. No ones perfect and we all have bad days, but the staff here have literally saved my life and been so overly compassionate. This is just my experience. But I really appreciate the VA. I have nothing but good to say about the VA, especially at this campus. Just my opinion... if you need help, please ask them!"

"What a beautiful and well maintained campus. I had a optometry appointment and couldn’t be happier with the exam. The Dr. had me in and out within 15 min. She was wonderful and compassionate towards my needs and concerns. Thank you to ALL of the men and women who are dedicated to providing impeccable service to those who have served this country.
