The final of what we owed was 14k less! I wouldn't recommend using them for anything besides simple taxes. Having them reviewed by another company for accuracy. When we emailed them with questions, felt like we were bothering them. Do yourself a favor and find another company."

"Went in to have taxes done...I called before to get price on taxes done which I was told between 100 dollars and 150 dollars...I went there and they were telling me closer to 250 and 300 dollars...I had to bargain with them to honor the 150 dollar price..I asked while on phone about injured spouse form and getting it filled out...they told me they felt I really did not need and did not want to include into price...which after the explaining we ended up agreeing on....well I had them file my taxes and they ended up including...the lady who started did not finish them had someone else do so...my tax return is now being delayed till the middle of April with there response of what ever ...I was hung up on by the owner...class act Jennifer...hopefully made u feel better ...no time wanting to listen to customer...I tell u don't use liberty tax services"
