"I love my Vet Dr. MATT VAN WINKLE. I find him to be a kind, compassionate, knowledgable Vet. How ever the office is very busy, and not organized, prescriptions lost, or sent to the wrong place, which is frustrating. As for the grooming area, my pet always has loved a good bath and shave, after our last visit, I was told she was not good and would need sedation. I have shaved my dog since she was little and have only known her to love it. Now she won't let me or anyone groom her. Now I called and asked a simply question. If there was a tech to do blood work? 15 minutes on hold no answer. Now I am calling other vets and leaving this messages. This ace used to be great, but the steady decline leaves me unhappy with the service, not Matt"
