"Mismanaged and Unprofessional. We received our bill $500 for a personal tax return but didn't receive our personal documents including Birthdates, SS #'s, Credit Card statements, etc. So when I called she explained they had been sent 2 weeks earlier. I asked for the tracking number and she explained they send them regular mail! Absurd, to not spend the extra 5 bucks after charging 500 for "individual tax return" so that we can track the envelope! So its been almost a month and we get a call, she FOUND THEM IN HER CAR! Our personal information has been in her car for a month.....Unbelievable!"
