You will be provided poor quality of service if the clark doesn’t know about it and all you can hear is ‘nothing is wrong’. You might end up double checking your documents by yourself. But you still have to pay for it."

"I for sure thought I was going to have to owe thousands to the I.R.S. because I took out my 401 k early we all know they tax like crazy. But Kim&Kim managed to get me a refund. You don't sit their and watch you drop off all your paperwork ( I also had 4 or 5 W2s and a house I'm renting out ). They just emailed me if they needed any other information and stayed in contact they even email on the weekends when they are closed. Pretty high in price but for what I needed, they did an amazing job I will be going back next year."
