"It was my first time going to DBC income tax services this year and unfortunately I was not very happy with how my tax returns were handled. I called before going there to ask if they do amended tax returns and they said they do. I also told them I have rental properties out of state and they never mentioned that they don't do state tax returns, only federal tax returns. I went there and they only did my 2018 federal tax returns, told me that time that they don't do amended tax returns, and did not do my state tax return. She told me that she is not experienced in doing this, probably since WA doesn't have state tax. If I have known about this beforehand, I wouldn't have went there but I was given false information over the phone. I felt that the services I received was not worth the price I paid, for only preparing my federal tax return. For those considering to have their taxes done here, it's fine to go here if you have a pretty straight forward tax returns. However, if you have a more complicated tax returns like myself, I would recommend going somewhere else that has more knowledge and experience."

"I needed a copy of my income tax and had already emailed Daisy requesting a copy, she said she hadn't received the email so to resend the request. I again sent one and again explained it was urgent. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything, I tried calling and went straight to voicemail every time. We tried going to her location during business hours listed only to find - they're closed. Don't do business here, complete waste of time."

"I have been going here to get my taxes done for the last few years, ever since my sister recommended her to me. It is a small place but the are friendly, professional and efficient! I remember my first appointment with Daisy, mind you the office was full and it was a bit intimidating but she had everything together and ready to go once I was called to her office. I couldn't believe that I was in and out within 10 minutes!!! I will continue going back for sure and recommend her to anyone, just make an appointment."
