"Diaper stork took the fear away from cloth diapering. I was not sure if cloth diapers would work for us, the options out there were overwelming so I didn't knew were to start. For me their most basic rental service DIY was a great way to "test" if this was something that was sustainable (for the planet and for our lifestyle) and it was! We succesfully cloth diapered both of our children! And also thanks to their learning resources we moved easily to potty trainning at 22 months, great community. If you are looking to save money, shop around as buying cloth diapers instead of renting would be a better option."

"I used the service from newborn stage until about 19 months. They are wonderful. They are very responsive if I had a question or issue with service (mostly to pause if we left town for a while or to figure out how to drop off diapers the couple times I forgot to leave them out!). The diapers themselves were also great, always perfectly clean. I did rent covers initially but eventually found I preferred Esembly covers so I bought some myself and just kept renting the diapers. Highly recommend if you'd like to reduce the amount of trash from piles of dirty diapers, if your little one has skin reactions to disposables, or you're just interested in cloth diapering but don't have the time/willingness/ability to wash them yourself!"

"It took a couple weeks to get the hang of how to use cloth diapers effectively (and velcro diaper covers make that easier). Diaper Stork as a service was pretty amazing. Mike, who did pickups, was kind enough to text or call if he arrived and we'd forgotten to put our bag out--which is pretty easy to do when you have a baby under a year old. Changing our weekly order if we were away or wanted to switch up how many cloth diapers was also easy. Whoever answered the phone was both nice and throrough. Also, the company's commitment to the environment goes beyond what they do, they seem to walk the walk (ie. electric vans, etc)."

"Diaper Stork has been great! We've used them for almost two and a half years and their customer service is amazing- quick to respond, happy to answer questions, and personalized. We were worried the diapers would start to smell by the end of the week but with the included deodorizer they really didn't. Every now and then we'd sprinkle in some baking soda and that would do the trick on a smelly day when the deodorizer was getting old. We did half cloth service combined with compostable or disposable over night and we rarely ran out of diapers. We will be using Diaper Stork again when our new baby is born!"
