Mallard Pointe at Riverbend

"Went to view an apartment today at mallard pointe & the office staff was lovely Nyny I believe her name was very sweet and kind she broke everything down to where I could understand. I feel my move in will be smooth and I will get the best care there. There’s always room for improvement at all apartments but living in a lower income community most people shouldn’t expect Beverly hill I appreciate the staff for doing what you guys can do ! Don’t let these stuck up people (even tho shouldn’t be since they need a lower income community living ) get you guys down you’re awesome !"

"Trash and more trash. First the management is horrible! The office opens late and closes early. Management is just there for the paycheck and not to help. The area is bad. We had transients walking through broken holes in fences. There isn't security and I'd recommend looking up police reports for these apartments and the ones across the street."

The office staff is very unprofessional.took them a year to say we never paid a deposit when we had and were supposed to receive a free month rent. On top of this had outdated fridge and oven for almost two months. They claimed they would give us 500 credit witch was never received either. If you move here they will make everything more difficult on purpose. Greystar is not a management company you want to deal with I promise."
