"I went there to get my taxes done back in 2021. I have not received my taxes yet. I can’t file for the new ones due to my refund being withheld by the IRS. I called the IRS to see why I hadn’t gotten my refund back and they told me that the information that was put down was wrong therefore they couldn’t verify who I was. I tried contacting Toro Taxes by Facebook and or WhatsApp so they can help me or guide me on what to do and no response whatsoever from them in months. I’m beyond dissatisfied with their service. I got a response from them in Facebook after many months of me reaching out to them and on WhatsApp the only reply I got was “we are taking classes and can’t help you right now” yet they charged me to file for my taxes that I haven’t even gotten back yet due to THEM FILING MY TAXES WRONG! I would stay away from this place if possible."
