"My kids have been going to events and a school in this district, and this may be the best district in Washington. It's amazing, has friendly staff, and they keep students safe. The also keep the schools and building safe and clean."
"It was 10:56 am today and bus number 101 almost rear ended me. This blonde lady hit her breaks at the red light and was less than 1 foot from hitting mu car with my three year in the back seat. I look in my rear view mirror and she is on her Apple Watch not even paying full attention to the road and more focused on her phone and accessories. Good job protecting children and others in the community."
"I grew up going to renton schools and am HIGHLY disappointed and disgusted how they are handling covid and making sure ALL students have equal opportunity to succeed during this time. I'm a single mom of FOUR I was provided ONE hotspot for FOUR children that isn't even sufficient enough for ONE. They can't zoom...ZERO way. Today they contact my childrens father about absences!! Ive been trying since October 1st to get this issue fixed and feel like they not only turned their backs on my children but now are placing fault on us. I will be looking into legal actions, in the mean time im looking into other schooling options."
"its great dont listen to them im in 7th grade and i go to nelson middle school and the teachers are very nice and so are the highschoolers ... oh yeah and im black and we get treated just as equaly as the kids of other races. look i feel bad for your kid but if he doesnt want to go to school and trust me we all didnt or dont want to but its necessesary so just home school him but dont you come barging in and bashing on my hawks and my eagles lady.End of conversation.THANK YOU VERY MUCH..."
"This school teaches NOTHING, for lunch they serve the nastiest things to children and label it "healthy" which is probably why kids are growing up with bad eating habits.. kids are out of control because teachers simply do not know how to control them, one teacher is absolutely insane and talks about how he mentally wants to slap/hurt some kids. We have days where there's unannounced late starts causing kids to think they missed they're bus or are late for school and decide not to go, we have to sit outside in the cold in the mornings unless we decide to eat their "food" and we also have to wait outside in the cold at lunch. This school honestly is no good, don't even bother sending your kids here.. (my experience with these schools)"
