"We had the sad task of end of life with our senior canine. I was very impressed with all aspects of the care Belle and I received on Wed. 2/7/24. The staff helped get her from the car and the vet explained each step involved. I was able to stay with our family friend till her final breath, it meant so much to let her know I was always with her. I was very impressed with how understanding all were, they love what they're doing and I'm thankful they were there for Belle and me at this difficult time. Everything was handled in a professional and caring way. I left sad but feeling blessed at how nicely they took care of all details."

"I wish I could give them a negative rating. I made an appointment online, and 20 min later, I get a call saying they wanted to give that spot to someone else and could they move me to a later time. I explained that the later time is not possible due to other things scheduled. Her only response was well we need that spot, so what do I want to do about that. How about uphold the schedule already placed"

"I rescued a stray cat and couple weeks of having her a abcess ruptured. From all the bad experiences I've had living in tacoma, this place was a freaking relief! It was worth the drive. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice. The vet tech or assistant was soo knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. It was a really really smooth process when I was really really nervous. I feel like it was a fair price. I dont feel like I was taken advantage of. The vet explained everything to me and was really friendly. They explained pricing and had no issue sending me a long detailed report card of the visit along with an itemized list for the procedure. Not to mention the wound and stitches look AMAZING. Well done! I felt comfortable giving kiwi to them and felt comfortable the entire time. They even sent me a text to let me know if they had to go any further in the procedure which they did. We were the last appointment of the day and i didn't feel like they rushed at all. I'll probably come back for primary care because its honestly really hard for me to trust businesses in tacoma area. Some of the reviews for other vet offices are horrible. I'll definitely be back and would refer people here."

"All of the staff in there are true animal lovers. Making appointments is very easy as well. The prices are also reasonable. I like that I can come in, unlike the other place I was going to. I'm excited for the surgery center to be installed."
