"My son has been at this school since K, now is in 2nd. We have been consistently impressed with the project-based instruction and emphasis on social-emotional development. We love that our kid is nurtured as a whole person. He has learned that struggle is a valuable part of learning and that being a kind and thoughtful community member matters. I grew up as a "smart kid" in advanced programs throughout my elementary and secondary education, and while they were probably the best option available for me at the time and place were I was educated, I am grateful every day that my son has the chance to be educated at a school that fosters his genuine curiosity for oh-so-many things and doesn't make being smart the big thing about him."
