"This company was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and actually have VERY good communication. I had to reschedule my appointment twice and they gladly changed it for me without any fees. The number to call them ACTUALLY gets to a real person and if you have any issues, they will call the cleaners on the spot and handle it. The person I spoke with was very polite and understanding and moved things around for me when I couldn't make an appointment. I had to cancel last minute because of property manager miscommunication and unfortunately, I had to pay a cancelation fee (understandable because cleaners were already there) BUT they understood the situation and even DISCOUNTED the fee from $90 to $50, which I was extremely grateful for. The cleaners did an amazing job and took a total of 5 hours to clean an entire empty house for move-out inspection. I would certainly recommend. You can't beat good customer service."

"Would be great if they can dust upper window seals (see picture) next time to remove cobwebs. Should sweep laundry room. Looks like they skipped that room (see picture). Otherwise did a good job."
