"Love this place!! The one thing that wish was different was that your kids have to be a certain height to go down either of the cool bigger water slides. They should be able to go down on your lap with the parent. My 2 year old gets bummed everytime cause she does not understand she can't. We've been going to the one in Snohomish it's alot better."
"Nice little aquatic center, just too small for the population. Pool is constantly full. Even with reservations, people will have to wait outside the facility to get in. There is no shelter for the waiting line. Locker room has no lock provided. Make sure to bring your own pad lock. 2” lock should do. Customer can buy a lock for $8 or rent one for $1. However to rent a lock one has to leave the wallet or a phone as collateral. I found this too intrusive. A $10 deposit makes more sense. There are also free cellphone lockers but it’s either in use or broken. Staff I encountered was either not experienced or customers centric. Asked about the lockers and didn’t tell me to get the lock when checking in. Went back to the counter to ask about the lock, put me back in line and only then I was told to leave my phone or wallet. Poor customer experience."
"This place is great, the kids love the giant bucket that dumps water on them and they love the slides! I noticed Google is suggesting that tickets are recommended and I wanted to add they aren't recommended, they are REQUIRED. You cannot purchase swim time at the counter at the time of the swim, it's just too popular. You have to buy them in advance. Spots fill up really quickly so I book mine a week or so in advance."
"I mostly swim laps here and this is a good facility. The ONLY problem here is the cleanliness. The grout in the women's shower is black with mold, the pool itself always has varying degrees of black ick growing on the bottom and the grout between the tiles in the pool has never been completely clean during the years I've been coming here. The kick boards have black mold growing on them. It's the best pool in the area in terms of temperature, chlorine levels and set up but would it kill them to clean it?"
"Always a good time . They offer so much, and the prices are very reasonable. We have always enjoyed going there. My kids love the pools and waterslides in the winter time!!!"
