"Applied me for a credit card w/o my permission, can't find my email to look up my kohls cash, the manager gets drunk and lambasts me on his way on the bus, too much stealing, accused of ME stealing, never did, and I just left at that point...Won't let anyone Chinese in the store. Lol. Accosted violently within and outside store by drug dealers."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Literally watched a lady not only steal close but walk out of the store when they decided to walk up on me my son and wife while she is trying on clothes and act like we where stealing and I’m a paying for my stuff. In the 20years I’ve done customer service I have learned who you watch and don’t watch I plan on never shopping at kohl’s ever again this is the worst place to shop."

"I haven't been in Kohls for over a year, thanks to Amazon. The Gateway store in Portland, Oregon is immaculate, nicely organized and well stocked. The displayed clothes are set up to invite browsing, not tight together. The sales associate was upbeat and seemed to be enjoying her job, which is nice to see."

"I love my Gateway Kohl's store on Halsey for several reasons. First, Kohl's is one of the few places in Portland that I can find high quality cotton clothing that is also very reasonably priced. Another reason I love this store has to do with employees who are both friendly and helpful. I particuloarly want to give a call out to Cameren, who is a manager at that store. He has stepped up unasked to help me on two different occations that were several weeks apart. Once he saw I was looking in the wrong part of the store for petite clothing and offered to walk me to the proper section (it had recently been moved) and the second time he walked me through a return I was having trouble with and stood with me until everything had been completed to my satisfaction. Cameren has outstanding customer service skills and made this 70 year old woman feel valued as a customer and well taken care of. Thank you!"
