"I really don't recommend this office. How the accountant who did our taxes died in 2020. This office from 2021 until today, supposedly they were doing the taxes for my son's company and the personal taxes for my husband and me. In November I spoke to find out how the process was going, to which they told me that I had already done and sent the taxes for the 21st to the IRS. So I spoke to the IRS office to verify and they told me that there was no process for 2021. I spoke to this accounting office again and they assured me that they had already been done. Later, a person from this office called me to tell me that Sandra had done them but that the IRS had not sent them and that we had to send them. And they had us like that for some time, it was better to ask for all the papers to send them to another office and yes, they actually gave them to us, but we had to pay them more than $7,000.00 to give us our own documents and to have them stored in their office because they never did the taxes for my son's company or the personal ones. I don't know what type of communication they have between themselves, because one person tells you one thing and another tells you something else. We were really very disappointed in their services! !!"
