"They put wrong acct number on my $14000 return and left me to solve the problem. This place is a joke!!! Over booked our appointment and pushed us aside to help next customer before we were done!!! First and last time for this f-d company. Zero!!!! Would be correct rating. Waste of money."

"Been seeing the same lady for years and she is amazing. She cares and I trust her. She gets me back the maximum amount I'm eligible for. I will not go anywhere else, even since I've moved. I just see her online instead of in person now."

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. Super disorganized, didn't give me a price quote ahead of time, and there was a major disconnect between my local office and the online interface. My taxes were supposed to be done by my local office but I still had to use the online system to upload docs and follow process, and that did not work at all. Tax preparer David Boris didn't explain the process at all, left me hanging several times, and didn't tell me what I needed to do to finish filing thereby causing me to lose two weeks in the process. Local Barbur Blvd. office in Portland, OR couldn't find me when they looked me up and forgot to call me backn a couple times, and screwed up scheduling. Worst tax experience ever and cost me over $300 for a super simple return."

"I give y'all a big ZERO. I wasn't even greeted or made to feel welcomed! The mean Asian chic barked at me, if I had an appointment. I WAS TRYING TO MAKE ONE. I wanted to drop off my W2S and personal stuff and I changed my mind how rude she was a SHE THREW my personal paperwork AT ME!!!!!!!!!! I had to put my glasses on to try to piece it all back together and make sure I had everything. I never been treated like that ever in any tax office! I know this isn't Virginia or the south, but you seriously need to learn how to talk and treat people. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Your mean!!!! You pay around a $100 for taxes. I'll take my business somewhere else!"

"Didn't feel that I got the most respect from Vivian cooper. She prepared my taxes and I bought the audit protection. When I took the letter to her and got all of the documents to her I had to go back in cause she didn't return any of my calls and then was hesitant to take care of the audit until I waited to make sure it was done."
