"Craig is a terrible business man. He missed multiple deadlines (that he set) to complete my taxes, didnt care to follow up about those deadlines, gives the worst service, and complained about the clients he had in the room before me. Be sure he’ll talk about your private matters to the next client if you dont try to be chummy with him. As for answering any questions throughout the process... Forget about it. Finally, I just don’t think he’s very good at his job so I’ll have to have his work reviewed next year. Don’t use this service."
