"March 16th 2023.Good job Debra. But that's when It ended. A couple of days after I noticed the charged my account twice, No big deal. I called to take care of it and the girl told me she had to submit it. A week later, I hadn't heard a word so I called again. Still couldn't give me any answers or time line on when I would get my 2nd payment back. On April 6th I decided to go back into the office and take care of the issue. I asked for Debra my tax preparer but she was busy, I explained to him that this was the 3rd time I was trying to take care of this, Rudely he said there was nothing he could do but he would look into it and call me tomorrow, promise, for sure and let me know what Kansas City had to say. That would have been Friday April 7th. I wanted to speak to the manager but of course she wasn't there either. And she would tell me the same thing anyway... Well Friday came and went and I still haven't heard a word from anyone and the still have my money! Today is Monday April 10Th, So Here I am writing the a BAD review like I promised him on Thurday. This is the 4th time I've contacted them over their mistake... 4 times now!!! Talk about inconvenient! I can't believe these people are accountants. And have access to all my information, I don't trust them as far as I can throw them!! Now I'm going all the way to the top of H&R's food chain. I have a call in to the district manager, Let's see if that gets me anywhere. Also the corporate office is in KC.. Anyone reading, Stay Away, As Far Away As You Can.. Don't Trust This Office!! ZERO STARS!!.. UPDATE 4/11: Another day has past and guess what, NO phone calls. I finally called the corporate office, Let's see if that works! Terrible service!! Unbelievably Bad."

"I been coming to H&R block over the years cause there customer service and friendly staff. At this location on TV HWY (Sunset Esplanade) they very helpful especially Devin Fowler who was my tax preparer. I will return in the future Thanks H&R block"

"People there were really rude and disrespectful the lady that so help us was not making any sense and was really rude and specially with her dumb questions like is your social security good are you ilegal here in the U.S.A knowing we are both citizens. And wanted to charge us like $300 so we made the great decision on not doing them there and not going back."
