"My visit was full of surprises. From the extremely strong smell of weed due to the next door dispensary, to the $300 bill that I received for the tax prep services. H&R preys on people with their big "$85 prep" fee signs, when actually it's going to be a minimum of $120 if you want them to file state as well. And if you make any 1099 income, there's another fee. By the time they nickel and dime you, you're better off doing them yourself. I know I will."
