Reviews of Banfield Pet Hospital
"This is a great Veterinary Hospital. I drive 80 miles one way just to take our dog for his monthly routine exam. We enrolled in one of their Optimum Wellness Plans, which can be used at ANY Banfield location. Very friendly staff. Their app is very useful as well."
"2nd time my senior dog has gotten her teeth cleaned at this location. The doctor and staff are wonderful here! She came back happy and well. Both my husband and I have had only good experiences with our dog here at the Tanasbourne location. Thank you!"
"Thankful for our wellness plan in a time of need! Cost efficient and the nicest staff. They were able to get us scheduled last minute no issue!"
"Long story short: adopted new kitten that was constantly sneezing so I thought that was his baseline, but new kitten was actually sick (with a respiratory infection/I didn’t know and feel terrible) and he ended up getting my resident cat sick. I called this morning to make resident cat an appointment because she became symptomatic and Cassie answered. Very kind, friendly, and efficient. Somehow she was able to get my cat seen right away. Once I brought my resident cat in, after the nurse reviewed the situation she requested I also bring in the new kitty to get evaluated which was shocking, but in a good way! The nurse was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Little was also so kind and thorough on the voicemail and reassured me of the diagnosis and both cats were seen and treated with antibiotics right away. I am very thankful they were magically able to see both my cats today, and they got the care that they needed. Thanks Dr. Little and the team! My cats are like my kids and I am beyond appreciative of the care they received today, considering how busy they were."
"Please if you love your animal. You will NOT go to Banfield. My dog died. I said I am very concerned about his breathing. Doctor Little said "He is panting. He is a dog." I wasn't allowed to talk to the doctor when I picked up Logan (my dog). I was told I had my 5 minute phone call with the doctor. I told the check out nurse that I am super worried. He is not eating as he used to. His breathing is off. He had heart issues last year. She said "Doctor Little is not a cardiologist". I was honestly polite but really worried and staff really treated me like I was a bother. A week later, the ER vet was wondering how Banfield didn't noticed his swollen thyroid glands. He had a high fever. His breathing issues got worst. His illness had NOTHING to do with his heart. A normal vet should have noticed that something was wrong. A normal very would have listened to the owner. You know I can't say if he could have live longer if Dr. Little did notice that something was not right. But the way they treated me and Logan is completely unacceptable. Please if you love your animal. You will NOT go to Banfield."
