"This is the 2nd year I am using Miller services for taxes. I sent all my papers on 2.27.23, they havent finished my taxes till 4.13.23 despite multiple reminders, emails, phone calls. extreme delay, procrastination, recklessness. Kristin Hughes in their office was handling my tax case, he is highly inefficient, has done way too many errors on my taxes, did not rectify them. I had to do my taxes online after waiting till the last minute causing me extreme inconvenience, undue anxiety. Pathetic customer service, utter disregard towards customers time and emotions, they do not even bother to respond back to the phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. All they had to do is clearly inform me in March that they are incapable of doing my taxes, I would have had adequate time to do them myself or find somebody else. Beware of their long long tax filing times, inefficiency, poor customer care. NOT worth their low prices. It shouldnt take more than 2 hrs to put in the numbers for filing simple taxes !!. They couldnt accomplish it in 45 days."
