"I contacted Rachael Adams in order to secure bookkeeping services for my private practice in Renton. I wanted simple accounts receivable work done. When we met, she seemed professional and courteous. Everything I needed for a bookkeeper to do she said she could do with "no problem." I had a electronic billing system that incorporated the A/R already, but she assured me that QuickBooks was easier and "better." I agreed to engage her services. At the first meeting she was to catch me up and have a system in place in one week, and I would know that they were working on it by various reports throughout that week. As the week close I heard nothing. I contacted her, she gave excuses on why it wasn't done and assured me that it would be with in a few days. She was on time to one meeting. After a month, 25 hours of work and three one hour meetings she never had anything that was accurate enough to send to my clients. Rachael is horrible at meeting deadlines and being realistic in what she can do. I feel her communication skills regarding explaining herself are weak. Alas, we agreed she wasn't working out and she missed yet again the deadline to return my documents she had. She didn't even bring them herself, instead her husband/partner (?) brought them, which is a violation of HIPPA laws. With this bookkeeping service, BEWARE."
