"The staff (especially Elizabeth Dixon) was SO helpful when my 40+ old insert crashed on me in December (a cold month to lose heat!). I was told about a State rebate for energy efficiency, which Olympia Fireplace pretty much took care of to get me the rebate! I was also told to look at Federal energy efficiency credits on income tax, and I was able to take that credit off what I owe the IRS!! Today I went in to get a glass cleaner and with good advice (again!) picked up a cleaner that has made my glass window on the fireplace clear again! I DEFINITELY recommend them! Go visit and ask all your questions. Their advice is excellent!!"
