J&M Carpet Renewal

"The guy from J&M who did our carpets left the front door hanging wide open when he left, left his cleaning chemicals at my house (unused - I still have the full bottles), and the house smells worse than ever. He convinced me to pay an extra $300 to treat for the previous tenant’s animal urine smell, and now the smell is worse than ever. He specifically stated the treatment he was going to do - that cost extra - would solve for this. Also, the carpet was soaking wet for upwards of 48 hours. I had my old apartment cleaned by a different company at the same time and it was only wet for about 5 hours. It is clear that the person at J&M did not complete the job he was paid to do, and now my fiancé and I are stuck with the consequences. We are going to end up paying another company to do it again. Stay away from J&M!!"
