"Do not take your business to Elaine. Not only is she extremely rude. Her staff and Elaine herself, are completely disorganized. They do not communicate with each other and have made several mistakes with our books. We have a paper trail of all the emails back and forth between Elaine and Bonnie and they were never on the same page. They would repeatedly ask for logins to our accounts and ask about transactions to put them in the correct category. We would answer all the questions and sure enough, a few weeks later. We would receive an email with the same questions. I would never ever recommend this accountant to anyone. We have had to hire someone else to fix her mistakes and there are several. Not only that, but she sent a nasty termination letter that was completely unprofessional and petty. Save yourself the headache and find someone else."

"Do not do your taxes or get bookkeeping done here. I had my taxes done here for several years, no complaints. 2021 IRS informed taxes were filed incorrectly they made adjustments. I went back (thinking everyone makes mistakes sometimes) 2022 told Elaine of mistake she had made she laughed it off telling me she forgot to check a box. Two months later while refinancing, my mortgage company points out several mistakes. One of the mistakes was mine honestly, however when I contacted to inform of mistakes no one was around. I called left message. Wed., two days later Friday called left another detailed message with Bonnie. Monday when I call she is on vacation (of course). I asked several times (in a panic) Who can I call? Who can I get to help, what do I do, do you have any persons on call? The answer was it's not my problem, I don't know the solution, Elaine is out of town. Later that day Elaine (on vacation) calls to leave a nasty message telling me not to harass her staff, nevermind the taxes needing to be adjusted. I tried calling back explaining her errors, again she ignored the actual problem telling me it was my bad timing (because she was on vacation)and it was not her problem. No it was not about my bad timing, it was about the taxes being filled incorrectly. She refused to fix. I had to hire another person to fix her mistakes. As a side note the bookkeeping portion of the business is not much better. I have asked for several years to take my ex husband off of an account to no avail. If they can't get the name right it seems down hill from there."
