"Wish I could give a 0. The first time my husband took a couple of suits and shirts. He had an interview and went to pick up on suit. And the guy did not give him is change. This time we took 75$ worth of clothes and wanted to take out just my clothes. The guy told me that they did not do that. I told him that we have done it before and I'd I was aware of the policy I would have separated the order but that I am leaving for a flight today and that I only want these few items. He kept interrupting me when I spoke. I explained to him that this is my second time coming hear and it could be my last time depending on how he handles this situation. Again I explained that I am leaving out of town and I can not afford to get all of the items. He asked me how much can I afford. And I asked him how much are these items. He snatched them out of my hand, I told him it's ok I will pay for it and write a review and never come back again. My personal experience was not good, I felt disrespected. I am on my way out of town to go to my little sister wedding and I dont have time to argue with someone. I will never ever return. Thank you."

"This place sucks! Don't bother using them. I brought my work clothes needed them done the next day for work. Paid extra to have them done they told me 3pm. I told them I'd be there after work after 6. Get there clothes aren't done I was told not ready come back tomorrow. I asked for a refund and my clothing back. They then decide they'll press them quickly while I waited to avoid giving my refund. I'll never go back your word means something so keep it!"

"I never had any issue with this cleaner before, but this past experience was just ridiculous. I dropped off two uniform shirts and a pair of uniform pants early afternoon on Saturday (01/14/2017) to be dry cleaned. I requested to pick them up on Tuesday (01/17/2017); he gentleman behind the counter agreed. Fast forward to Tuesday, I arrive to pick up my uniform, as he goes in the back to check, I can see my uniform laying under a pile of clothes just behind the counter. After speaking with anyone employee, he asks I come back in one hour. As I'm contemplating this, he then asks if I can return in a half hour; I agree, very thankful that my uniform can still be ready in time. I returned about 40 minutes later and the gentleman greets me with the three uniform pieces wrapped up in plastic. He seemed very apologetic and even discounted me 31 cents. However, once I return home to change into the uniform, I notice it was never dry-cleaned! None of the pieces had any creases, and the uniform shirts still smelled of my deodorant! Had I not already been behind schedule, I would've returned to discuss the matter. INSPECT THE CLOTHING BEFORE YOU PAY!"

"I'd give this place a 0 if possible! This dry cleaner is a scam. Gave them a blazer to dry clean, the lady takes my $7 for the cost. I return the next day to pick it up to be told by a guy that I need to pay $7 to pick it up! I told him I paid already when I dropped the blazer and spoke to the lady who showed up from the back but she behaved like she was clueless! I have a flight tomorrow and don't want to argue so I paid $7 again! I have no problem paying but I don't like to be cheated on. First and last time I'm coming here. And I'm definitely going to file a complaint with the BBB on this scam business."
