"Huge WARNING. HEED THIS WARNING! Here is what happened when my significant other hired this bookkeeping company to do their books. Their yearly bookkeeping bill went from $4,000 to well over $17,000 for the year. AND every month the bill kept going up, almost doubling every month. It was to the point where all the profit the company would make was going into her pocket. When they questioned her, she told them "don't worry the bill will be a lot less next month. But we had to work on this or that for you and that's why the bill is so high, but it's done now. So next month the bill will be a lot less." We would hate see this lady victimize any more small businesses. We don`t lie or steal from our clients, and this lady shouldn't either. IF she wants to charge companies more then she needs to be honest with them from the start and say she charges quadruple what everyone else charges. If you need a bookkeeper and can't find one here in Bellingham or close by, there are national companies that charge a monthly flat rate. We can't sit idly by and let this lady victimize more small businesses. If she wants to charge $500 an hour to do peoples books then she needs to tell them that. She initially told us that our bill would be as much as our previous bookkeepers bill! Instead of that, she could have said I charge $500 an hour and your bill will be on average of $1,750 a month. And then we would've said we cannot afford that and then looked else where.. I posted this review as soon as I could. If you have hired this company to do your books and the same thing happened to you,, then your silence is costing more people their hard earned money. And if this happened to you before we hired them and you did not try to warn people like us, then shame on you. If you are a victim and you can't get justice then don't remain silent, at least you can hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else. If we would have read a review like this one ahead of time, it would have prevented us from losing $13,000!"
