"The staff were all really wonderful to work with! I had Brenda and Lupe for my first cleaning and they were fantastic. One piece was missed during the initial cleaning that I didn’t notice, but the supervisor noticed after she came over for an inspection and the cleaning crew came back out to make sure it was taken care of the same day. I’ve never seen a company do that, but what peace of mind do I have now knowing everything will be taken care of like it was agreed upon. I’m scheduling my cleanings with them now, not going anywhere else!!"

My 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has never looked better! Cleaners had relatively limited English, but communication was no problem as I can speak some Spanish. "We had them for a few months for every other week house clean. They were not consistent with their cleaning and kept missing areas of the house like not wiping down the ceiling fans or cabinets. We have cameras around our property and caught one of the cleaning techs aggressively hissing at our cat when leaving our driveway. I know you don’t have to like cats/dogs or whatever… but really? It was so unprofessional. It got us raising eyebrows and wondering how our pets are being treated when we’re not there. Our last straw was when we gave proper notice on a schedule change and Lorena never got back with us. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she threw the cleaning techs under the bus saying they were “behind schedule” (2 hours late without informing us?) rather than she just forgot to get back to us about rescheduling them. We couldn’t trust her on just being professional and honest about her mistake and the cleaning techs with our pets when we’re not around. Sergio did reach out to us to see why we canceled all of a sudden, we did appreciate that. But the damage was already done and we decided to go with another company."
