"I scheduled with this company on August 2nd and moved furniture, pre vacuumed the furniture, stairs, and room. He texted me a picture of his vehicle that there was some kind of mechanical issue and a front wheel was broken. I felt for the dude. I rescheduled for August 14th and once again did the prep for his arrival. He has the ability to text me so he has my phone number. About an hour after he should have arrived I got an email saying I no showed my appointment. He never called never text. This guy could be the best carpet cleaning guy in the world but he doesn't show up. He has wasted two of my mornings."
