"We began using Twinkle as our cleaning service 2 months ago. From the beginning, we were impressed with the detail Luis provided in advance and his willingness to answer all questions. The company seems very organized. We know exactly who will arrive (an e-mail with pictures, exactly when they will arrive, and exactly what we can expect. A supervisor is available to introduce new clients to the cleaning crew and go over details. And after the cleaning, we get a quality check e-mail where we can leave feedback. All that is wonderful, but it wouldn't be worth it if the cleaning crew did not do a good job. However, after a cleaning, our house is absolutely clean without an overpowering toxic product smell. The cleaning crew members have been friendly, helpful,and conscientious. It just doesn't get any better. Thank you to Luis, Rebecca, and your wonderful cleaning techs for making our lives so much easier!"
