"I have spent hundreds of dollars at Nisqually Cleaners, the owner has aways been rude to me. I used NC because it's close to home and I was satisfied with my dry cleaning. That ended today. I refuse to pay someone to be rude to me. The lack of accountability, and making excuses is not acceptable."

"This was a five star cleaner, but now they’re closed on Monday! I think it’s a staffing problem and as soon as they get that missing person back things should be fixed. This is still my “go-to” in the South Sound."

"First time the cashier came out, offered his hand with a smile, to help me up a curb. Second time they did a rush for me as we were going out of town. They have my heart!"

"Took a formal gown here to get it cleaned. They put large safety pins through the gown to hang it rather than using the hang strings or literally any other way. This obviously damaged the gown and left large holes. Was difficult to reach via phone/no way to leave voicemail. Eventually got in contact and took the dress back to which they were defensive and rude, refusing to recognize damage, but ultimately offered to try and fix the gown. On my 3rd trip there to pick it up you can see a light mark from where they steamed it. I mentioned this and they were still defensive and rude and couldn't take responsibility only saying "we are human," I understand this but it's not an excuse to overcharge for a cleaning that damages your clothes. Wasted time, money, and gas and my dress isn't the same. Really not worth the hassle. If an item is important to you, it's not worth the risk of taking it here."
