"Never again using H&R Block for our taxes. We filed last year and spent about $130.00 to file. Get to the front desk this year and are hit with a bill of $286.00. Was called by their office a couple days later to ask if we were satisfied with our appointment. Apparently, we could have been offered coupons, we should have been told how much it was going to be before we sat down, ect. None of which happened. NEVER AGAIN."

"$300 error on the prepaper's part that I caught. Had another major error that I caught in 2020 at this same location. They did not print out my full return, just the first page. They also made a follow up appointment for next year, without any approval or discussion. Found out when I got home. I would definitely not recommend going to this office. I have visited this location for more than 15 consecutive years, but I won't ever be back. Look elsewhere."
